Enrico: Why and how CDDs are the way to TWD

   Targetted Marketing: Debian-NP was able to create a community of
   more than 200 peopple, most within non-profits, without creating
   any code simply by creating a GNU/Linux distribution targetted at
   Non-Profits.

   (successful revolutions happen when people are happy with it)

Total World Domination is near. We are our soldiers (we have no
generals -- but we do have a King).

 * Folks who are going go out and create their own distributions;

   - CDD list: debian-custom (we can coordinate)

   - CDD alioth: cdd.alioth.debian.org

   - Get the docs: CDD packages, alioth documentation, etc.

   - realize that perfection is not achieved overnight.

     This is why we still have cfengine

     a CDD is more about it's location in the community and its
     philosophy. there are no perfect CDDs yet (which is why the world
     is not dominated yet)

 * Debian folks who are not going to create their own distros (You
   still need to help).

   - Enrico pointed out: Bugs will be posted the BTS in *your*
     packages. Especially bugs adding the ability to configure in ways
     that you may not really care about -- obviously others do).

   - You will also have a chance to network together people with
     similar problems: "debian-cachasa is in need of the same thing:
     you may want to talk to them"

 * Folks who have have their own distros already (maybe the hardest
   job);

   - You've got infrastructure and models and procedures and it's not
     going to match.

     There will be no single way and that's GREAT

     - You will need to share with others and, in ways that aren't
       covered in this tal, come up with creative ways, with the
       communit, to bring you changes back

 - EVERYONE: Spread the Word and Join the List!

Let's fix this issues, dominate the world, and get Martin a shiny new
crown from which to rule!
