I appreciate the appropriate, if not entirely intuitive, juxtaposition of items in aisle 7F of my local drug store.

If you have health care diet needs, ice cream would be just the thing!
I think James meant that "health care diet" was the subject noun phrase and "needs" was the main verb.  For example, a typical institutional meal served in a hospital might contain ice cream.
