"Good Sound makes a man gentle", it almost looks like a variation of "Music calms even the most savage beast". Perhaps it can be interpreted as, "Share your music, and promote world peace!".

Hmm... the picture at the top of Mika's page looks very familiar - it's my cat. He didn't bother changing the images when he used that theme :)
