Mountain View is quite far from San Francisco International Airport so my shuttle to to UDS-MTV was expensive, but worth it. In any case, I'll be reimbursed for the ride by Mark Shuttleworth.

You should have been able to do it for less than $10 if you took Caltrain.

The hotel is quite far away from the Caltrain station so I would have had to take a cab. It still probably would have been more expensive to take the shuttle but it would have been much closer.

A few people didn't get this so I'll be a bit more specific. The entry is a joke comparing how much my shuttle was worth with the fact that it was paid for by someone named Shuttleoworth.

Shoot, Mako -- if you would have said something one of us from the area would have probably taken you.  I drive right by the Googleplex every day, and work about 4 miles from SFO.  :(
